Our Mission

The Sons of The American Legion exists to honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans while supporting the programs of The American Legion. We are dedicated to preserving American traditions and values, improving our communities through volunteerism, and mentoring youth through programs that teach leadership, citizenship, and patriotism.

What We Do

Patriotic Programs

We organize and participate in patriotic ceremonies, memorial services, and flag education programs throughout our community.

Veteran Support

We provide assistance and companionship to veterans in hospitals, nursing homes, and through various outreach programs.

Youth Programs

We sponsor and mentor youth programs including Boys State, baseball teams, scholarships, and scouting activities.

Join us for our regular meeting at Post 354. All members welcome.

Veterans Hospital Visit

June 15, 2025 | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We'll be visiting the local VA hospital to spend time with veterans and deliver care packages.

Memorial Day Ceremony

May 26, 2025 | 9:00 AM

Annual Memorial Day ceremony at the town square. We'll be presenting colors and reading the names of local fallen heroes.

Sunday Breakfast

Every Sunday | 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Join us for our weekly breakfast featuring delicious home-style cooking. Open to the public.

Taco Tuesday

Every Tuesday | 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Enjoy our famous tacos and Mexican fare. Great food and great company!

Friday Dinner

Every Friday | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

End your week with our special Friday night dinner menu. Different specials each week!

Membership in the Sons of The American Legion is open to all male descendants, adopted sons and stepsons of members of The American Legion, and to all male descendants of veterans who died in service during World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, Lebanon, Grenada, Panama, the Persian Gulf War, and the War on Terrorism.
